你或許對Emilia-Romagna中的 Parma沒有甚麼印象，但你對當的的名產：帕瑪火腿(Parma Ham)及帕瑪森(Parmesan)起司，肯定不陌生，作為當地最具代表性的酒莊，1983年成立的Monte delle Vigne，不僅是當地第一間成功釀造靜態紅酒的釀造者，並釀製著一系列風味極為豐富細緻的白酒及氣泡酒。
雖然在葡萄酒界中Emilia-Romagna較鮮為人所知，但該省首府Bologna便是經典義大利肉醬麵Spaghetti Bolognesi的發源地。這裡的另一個特產，便是Lambrusco紅色氣泡酒，以及用白色珍珠Malvasia di Candia Aromatica葡萄所釀造的香氣炸彈白酒。
Malavsia di Candia Aromatica是當地特有的葡萄品種。酒如其名，Aromatica(義大利文:芳香)，能冠上這樣的形容詞到名諱裡，勢必得有相應的實力。Lambursco 釀製的紅氣泡酒，不像商業大廠大多做成甜甜簡單易飲的風格，而是強調水果本身的香氣與品質，微微的糖分僅用來平衡單寧帶來的緊澀。
Der erste Jahrgang, der vom bekannten Önologen Luca d'Attoma vinifiziert wurde. Intensive dunkle Beerennoten, unterlegt mit einem Hauch Vanille, Veilchen, dezneter Bittermandelnote und frischen grünen Kräuetrn. Guter Zug am Gaumen, wiederum gehaltvoll, ohne schwer zu wirken. Tannine, Säure und Alkohol wunderbar ineinander verwoben. Hervorragend zur lokalen Küche mit herzhafter Antipasti und kräftigen Fleischgerichten.
Nabucco is a blend of Barbera and Merlot that offers a pretty dark appearance and fresh notes of cherry, blackberry tart and tobacco. The tannins are smooth and long and there's a pretty touch of acidity on the close.
Beautiful dark, very young ruby. The nose offers up complex aromas of ultra ripe fruits, liquorice and spice. The palate reveals intense aromatic presence with lots of mellowness and good persistency. An accomplished style in an appellation worth discovering.
