成立於1622年的Villa Sandi坐落於Prosecco產區的Marca Trevigiana丘陵之巔,是當地最具影響力,也是最受推崇的Prosecco釀造者。他們不僅擁有此處最好的葡萄園,在Moretti Polegato家族的用心經營下,所釀造出來的氣泡酒有著絕佳品質。由Tom Stevenson撰寫的經典名著《World Encyclopedia of Champagne and Sparkling Wine》,更是用了極大的篇幅介紹這間世界名莊。
產區-PROSECCO
活潑的氣泡、豐沛的香氣與爽脆清涼的口感,搭配上蘋果、梨子、水蜜桃與杏桃的香氣,過去的20年間,Prosecco可以說是香檳之外最為人所知的氣泡酒產區,在英國更是取代了香檳,成為最受歡迎的氣泡酒。Prosecco這個名字來自於義大利東北Veneto大區中的一個村莊。
風格-絕對的新鮮果香
VILLA SANDI採用極為特殊的發酵工藝,與一般Prosecco不同,他們不採用經典的桶內二次發酵。而是透過精確地掌握發酵狀況,僅做一次且不中斷的發酵,同時完成風味的轉換與氣泡的保留!因為只有一次發酵,中間完全不需要添加二氧化硫,保留了極佳的新鮮風味。

Another Prosecco but this time it comes from the area of Cartizze, one that can historically be considered a cru. This wine is, in turn, an estate cru in the sense that it is made with grapes from a single vineyard, one that gives its name to the wine, and it, too, is made form only Glera grapes. As you would expect, it is much more complex and adds an elegant mineral tone to the very intense and floral scents. The flavor is also more complex and is quite austere, giving the mouthfeel a nice freshness and pungency with a decidedly fruity taste of ripe apple and pear. The producers obviously had different objectives and since this wine seeks to be on the same level as a Champagne cuvée, the price is decidedly higher.

Trockene Version eines Cartizze aus der gleichnamigen Einzellage: Erfreuliche Blume nach Holunderblüten und Pfirsichen; im Mund kernig, die Säure lebendig, endet lang auf Noten von Pfeffer und Zitrusfrüchten. Hervorragend als Aperitif und zu Meeresfrüchten.

Aromas of white stone fruit, white spring flower and alpine herb almost leap from the glass in this fragrant sparkler. Polished and savory, the radiant palate features Granny Smith apple, lemon zest and wild sage alongside an elegant, foaming mousse and bright acidity. It closes on a white-almond note.
